Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Multi GhostLogin software, website and services (“Service”), provided by Team Multi GhostLogin (“we”). By downloading or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Permitted use

The Service is for managing accounts and browser sessions you are lawfully allowed to operate: your own business accounts, your clients' accounts with their permission, testing, research and privacy.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

• commit fraud of any kind, including payment, card, identity, affiliate, bonus or refund fraud;
• generate fake clicks, impressions, installs, traffic, reviews, ratings, likes, follows or votes, including ad click fraud;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or run phishing or scams;
• create fake accounts to deceive people, or evade bans, suspensions or limits imposed on you by a platform;
• access accounts, systems or data without authorization, or steal credentials or personal data;
• harass people, distribute malware, or break any law, or another platform's terms in a way that harms others.

We may suspend or terminate licenses, without refund, for any account involved in prohibited use, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

3. Licenses and payments

Paid plans are licensed per user for the paid period. Payments are made manually in USDT; a license is activated once we verify the transaction. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network. Except where the law requires otherwise, activated payments are non-refundable.

4. Proxies and third parties

Proxy services are provided by third parties or by you. We do not guarantee any IP, its reputation or its availability.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any website will accept your profiles or that accounts will not be restricted by the platforms you use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost accounts, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
